A NATIONAL champion has continued her fine form as she picked up another title.
Current under-13 girls’ Scottish Squash champion Phoebe Hamilton was among those stepping onto the court at the Newcastle Silver Event last weekend.
The youngster has not dropped a game during the current season and continued that impressive statistic in the north of England.
Hamilton, who was seeded at 3/4, won her first match 3-0 and allowed her opponent a total of three points.
The semi-final against the number two seed proved a trickier contest but, after a tight first game, Hamilton pulled clear to win 3-0.
In the final, the county player took on the number one seed from England.
And it was Hamilton celebrating success as she again won 3-0.
