MUSSELBURGH Sea Cadets and Royal Marines Cadets are preparing to celebrate the unit’s 70th anniversary this Saturday.
There will be a parade through the town, starting at 10am, from the town hall, featuring HM Royal Marines Band of Scotland.
This will be followed by a service at Northesk Parish Church at 10.30am.
A fun day will then be held at Ravelston House Hotel from noon to 4pm.
Attractions include live music, inflatables, and Royal Navy and cadet stalls. Wristbands will be available on the day for the inflatables.
The cadet unit – TS (Training Ship) Indefatigable – is based on South Street.
