THE funeral of a woman who died in a North Berwick house on New Year’s Day has taken place in Botswana.
Keotshepile Naso Isaacs was originally from the southern African country but had been living in Scotland.

Last month, an online fundraising campaign was launched in a bid to raise £10,000 to bring the mum-of-three ‘home’.
An update posted on the page, which has raised more than £3,300, reads: “We would like to give thanks to those who contributed towards the costs related to the repatriation of Mrs Naso Isaacs to Botswana. Her body has been successfully expatriated.
“Once again, thanks a lot for being with us during these hard times.”
It said that her funeral took place on February 20 at Otse, Isaacs Farm.

Mrs Isaac’s husband, Mompati Dodo Isaacs, last month appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court, charged with her murder.
