TORNESS Power Station is holding an information day for people to find out about its apprenticeship scheme.
Two sessions are taking place at the power station, near Dunbar, on Friday afternoon (February 2).
Places for either session, at 2pm and 4pm, must be booked in advance.
A spokesperson for the power station said: “We are all very proud of what we do here at the power station, both locally in offering jobs and nationally by producing a large percentage of the nation’s low-carbon electricity demands.
“This day will give us a chance to share this enthusiasm with those wishing to apply to join our apprenticeship scheme in 2024.
“In the current climate, an apprenticeship offers a real alternative to going to university.”
