TOPICS ranging from bird flu to the railways will be discussed in the next year.
East Lothian u3a has revealed its open lectures for the year ahead, with meetings to be held in Haddington and North Berwick.
The first open lecture takes place at 2.30pm on Monday in Haddington’s Maitlandfield House Hotel, where Kenny Williamson will discuss East Lothian railways.
Future topics include Berwick Bank wind farm and construction; ruin and reconstruction at St Mary’s Haddington; and avian flu.
