THREE males were warned about boozing next to the Prestonpans' war memorial.
On Saturday, Prestonpans community police officers observed three males drinking alcohol near the memorial.
The men were issued with a recorded police warning for consuming alcohol in a public place.
At a meeting of the Preston Seton Gosford community and police partnership last week, it was agreed officers would continue to tackle anti-social behaviour at the war memorial, on High Street.
At the beginning of the month, a male and female involved in drug abuse at the memorial were reported to police.
East Lothian Police are urging anyone who witnesses anti-social behaviour, alcohol consumption or drug abuse in the area to contact the Prestonpans Community Team on 101.
